Womans Self Defense

Is this harassment ????????????????

If a man comes to a womans way to block their movement. Requests to move, but he refuses and cries for her aggression in a mansion, saying: "I move!" and not allow it to pass. And if a man pushing a woman or her owner against the wall screaming and she bites her arm giving it a bad blow, it is considered self-defense.

If your business is not their policy of tolerance seriously enough the first situation is considered harassment. Depend on past history and scope of the complaint. In case 2, I would say is far beyond harassment. It would be considered assault since physically touched. Therefore, the bite would be considered self-defense. Their actions can in fact be interpreted as something worse.
